+ Conditions to have CPU power

To have a Vcore source, the  VCCSA source must be good to command  VTT_PWRGD enable for the Vcore IC to work. Then the ATX source will report good power on pin 50 of the IT8728F IO chip (this IO chip is used on the Gigabyte H61 mainboard).
After receiving a good source message, at pin 63 of IO , it will issue a PWROK command for the H61 chipset.
The H61 chipset continues reporting the DRAMPWROK instruction to the socket 1155 CPU.
The H61 chipset continues to send the  CPUPWROK command to the LGA 1155.
Then  Vcore IC can output Vcore source CPU supply

When one of the above instructions is missing, the power Vcore for the CPU will be lost. Usually on the mainboard Gigabyte H61 loses Vcore most of the time due to the IO chip error. IO chip error due to loss of signal PWROK from pin 63 of IO output. We just need to replace the IO, but this type of IO is currently very few and only taken from the main body. That is we fake the command, the command from pin 63 generated from 3v3 through the resistor and then reported to IO. IO itself does not spawn this 3v3 instruction. So in order to have a high-level voltage for the H61 chipset, we just need to channel pin 63 of IO up, or discharge the 3v3 RN51 resistor for pin 63 of IO. So there will be a Vcore source for the CPU.
