Hi guys ! The replacement of the chipset, re-steaming the chip requires specialized chipset closing machines for tens of millions of dong. If there are no conditions, we can use infrared lights or KADA 853A chipset welding machine can also do it. Please guide those who do not have the conditions to replace the chipset with a KADA 853A welder.
You need to prepare the following tools:
KADA 853A chipset welding machine: Current price is about 2 million 5.
Torch head rack, used to hang the torch above: Price is about 600k.
Chip torch, used to attach to the torch, has types such as VGA chip size 28 x 28 mm, male chip 36 x 36 mm, North chip 41 x 41 mm. Price 200 / 1 piece.
With a cost of about 3 million 7 you can replace the male chip, north chip and VGA chip.
Introduction of KADA 853A chipset welder:
Heating stove power: 600w.
Heating temperature: 98ºC to 380°C.
Torch power: 500w.
Torch temperature: 100 ° C to 450 º C.
Impedance: <= 2 ohms.
Power supply to heat the torch: 12v.
Air flow: 100L/min.
The machine consists of a lower heating plate and a hard-to-heat top combined with a torch mount to have a simple chipset welding machine.

- The temperature and wind control knob of the top torch. When we press the knob is to adjust the wind, when we press it to release it is to adjust the temperature.
The switch is used to turn on and off the top torch.
The bottom heating stove temperature knob, the highest is about 380 ° C
The switch button, when we press it to look on the clock to see how much the temperature is rising. When we release this button to see how much it is adjusting its temperature.
The switch to turn on and off the heat stove is below.
The clock shows the temperature of the stove and the torch. When the temperature is reached, the green light will light up.How to replace chipset with KADA 853A hàn welding machine
+ Open the power switch of the torch and the bottom stove to adjust the temperature.
+ You proceed to adjust the stove below to the highest temperature ( 380 ° C). The top torch is set to max wind and the torch temperature is 350°C.
+ Remove the CMOS battery, chipset heatsink, open the CPU cover on the motherboard for PC
+ Put chipset solder grease on the chip belly, then attach the mainboard to the rack, hang the torch on the bracket, about 2 cm from the chip face. A small piece of copper should be placed above the glass of the chip face.
+ Note that at this time, the top torch switch has not been turned on, just open the kitchen switch below to let the temperature rise slowly (you can click the atual temperature button to see how much the temperature is up).
+ When we see the smoke from the chipset rising (due to the soldering grease) we start to turn on the switch at the top of the torch (the picture above is missing the VGA chip torch). And wait a moment, use tweezers to gently push in the corner of the chipset if you see the chip moving. If you replace the chip, remove the chip and you’re done.
+ After taking out the chip or steaming the chip, you put the torch down to let it cool, and adjust the lower stove temperature to the lowest level, not turn it off. Doing so allows the wind to cool the torch and the stove, turning off quickly. When the temperature is at its lowest, the switch can be turned off.
+ Similarly change the new chip, we also turn on the stove first, the torch after. Making VGA chip pins is the same as making male chip pins that I mentioned.
That’s how to replace the male chip with a cheap soldering machine, this machine has the advantage of slowly increasing the temperature to avoid causing the chip to die due to thermal shock, not bending the mainboard like other homemade machines. Works well on laptops, VGA chips, new male chips. But I find it takes a bit longer to work on the mainboard, because the temperature is slow, and the male chip is big, so the wait is a bit long. I wish you success, and if you find the article good, please share it with everyone.
