Replace male chips with homemade lamps

For newcomers, owning a chip packing machine with a price of 20-100 million is a very difficult thing. So what is the cheap but effective solution? Today I would like to show you how to replace male chips with homemade lamps for only   about 400K. Brothers prepare:

The tools for making male chip pins I mentioned: grid for making chip pins, solder grease, lead ball…
Infrared lights bought at medical equipment stores, often used to treat joint pain and bone pain for the elderly, cost about 350K (at the time of writing).
Frame (rack): Used to hang up the mainboard, you go to some iron shops and say they solder it, it costs about 50k.

By replacing the male chip with this homemade infrared lamp, it is both cheap and does not kill the chip. I’ve done most of the work and haven’t seen any dead. And should change the bulb about every 4 months (only buy the ball, this long-term use ball is not as hot as the original) buy about 80k ball. Brothers admire their homemade male chip machine.

Steps to take to replace male chip with infrared lamp:

Remove the dead male chip from the mainboard by using an infrared light, put solder paste on the chip’s belly and  turn on the light and wait for about 2 minutes, then use tweezers shake it gently to see the chip move. Note that you have to shake the 4 corners to see it before taking it out, otherwise you will lose the pins on the main, here I am working on the main gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L using the GB chip. When removing the male chip, it is necessary to remove the cmos battery, remove the capacitors near the male chip, open the socket cover, the northern chip heatsink to avoid exploding and exposing the socket or the north chip pin due to heat.
Take out all the lead on the mainboard, put solder grease and lead wire to clean the lead on the mainboard, you can use a soldering iron to get it quickly. After cleaning, use fragrant gasoline to clean.

The mainboard after cleaning the lead and being cleaned with acetone, you proceed to put the main on the price of the infrared lamp (from the top of the infrared lamp to the main about 1.5 – 2cm) and then put a little bit of chipset solder grease and apply evenly. Use the male chip as the foot, refer to: make the male chip pin, put on the main memory to correct the direction (the white arrow with the letter A is the pin number 1). After fixing the chip, you turn on the light to the highest level (line 5) to close the male chip. About 1 minute saw the chip tip collapsed, solder grease melted 4 edges of the male chip, the chip was already attached to the main. You use the tongs and gently shake the 4 corners of the male chip. Remember to shake it lightly, shake it too hard to make the balls stick together, it takes time to do it again. After shaking the 4 corners of the chip, turn off the light, use a fan to blow on the chip to make it cool, then use aromatic gasoline to clean it and plug in the power to test to see if the device is on, receive the usb and hard drive (replacing the male chip is not standard) do not recognize usb, hdd ).

With a homemade device from infrared lights and a holder, you can use it to replace the chip, reheat the chip, and shake the chip on the video card (but it depends on the card). I have used the  KADA 853A chip steamer, but found it not as effective as this infrared light, you can buy an additional torch holder above the chip to help remove the chip faster and more efficiently.
