Should I use an Adsense account without 68%?

Adsense account is an account used to make money online distributed by Google. In which Google is the intermediary, I am the partner. Customers advertise through google and I put that advertisement on my website. When someone clicks on the ad, Google will deduct the money of the customer who placed the ad and divide it 68% (Google receives 32%).

Signing up for a Google Adsense account is very difficult, so people often buy other people’s nicks to put on the website. The amount you earn will be deducted. Subtract from 90 – 99% with invalid traffic  (invalid traffic ). As shown in the picture above, 1 month earns 170$ but is deducted only 11$. Although do not manually click ads or drag views to the web. If that website uses an account with 68%, the highest deduction is only 10%.
It is very difficult to get money. For example, 1 month you earn 170$ minus all 10$ -> It takes 10 months to receive money.
Heard people say this account does not receive money. I haven’t received the money yet so I don’t know if I will.
